National Charity Premises
South Wales

The building is a former Victorian School located within an Historic Conservation Area. The project involved the refurbishment and adaption of the building to provide Offices and Contact Areas, together with full Disabled Access.

The works undertaken included replacing existing windows and external doors as exact replacement for the existing, including ironmongery. All work was carried out in strict accordance with the Local Authority Conservation Officer.

Salvation Army Citadel

The project involved the Refurbishment and Extension to a 1960 building, bring the premises up to modern day standards. The extension, which houses new Sanitary Accommodation, Kitchen and a Meeting Room, was constructed using reconstituted Bathstone to match the existing building. The existing Cafe area was doubled in size and fully refurbished. All original Crital Steel Windows with Aluminium.

Full Disabled Access was provided into and within the building which also included the installation of a lift serving all floors.

 

 

This project was Designed and Fully Supervised on behalf of another Architectural Practice.

Community Church Project
The Church and attached Community Facilities have been fully refurbished over various phases, the latest phase involved the re-roofing of all buildings, including the Main Church Roof in natural slate, window replacement and upgrading of the Sports Hall, Meeting and Social Rooms.
The project was Government funded and completed on time and on budget.
