The Company is able to produce Feasibility Studies on both Commercial and Domestic Projects, enabling Clients to realise the full potential of any given project. Potential projects can be costed at this stage using a professional Quantity Surveyor to provide clients with accurate budget figures to enable funding sources and methods to be sought. Feasibility Studies have been carried out on behalf of Domestic, Commercial, Church Bodies, Charities and Public Enterprises.

 

A Measured Survey service of existing buildings is offered which enables Clients to obtain floor plans of their buildings for record purposes or future development.

 

Outline and Full Planning Applications can be prepared and submitted to Local Authorities, together with arranging for all specialist report requirements in support of applications.

 

 

Construction Drawings

Fully detailed Construction Drawings are produced traditionally by hand based on over 30 years of experience in the designing, detailing and delivering of construction projects. The reason for producing hand drawn information is that careful individual thought of the layout and detailing can be undertaken, which is not always the case with computer generated plans. However, should the project and client requirement be for CAD drawn information this can be provided using the latest Full AutoCad software.

 

Building Regulation Applications can be prepared and submitted to Local Authorities, or Approved Private Inspectors together with arranging for specialized supporting information on structural and energy requirements.

 

 

 

Tendering - Project Supervision

The business produces detailed information to enable Projects to be Tendered competetively on behalf of the Client.

 

The Company deals with various professional practices which enables a multi disciplinary approach to projects to be offered - this includes access to Quantity Surveying, Structural Engineering, M&E Engineering, Energy Conservation and Planning.

 

Full supervision of projects can be offered from inception through to completion.

 

Commissions on behalf of other Architectural Practices to undertake the Design Aspect and Project Supervision of various Commercial schemes.
